Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, as long as your usage is within the new plan's limits.
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. If you change your mind, you can resubscribe before the period ends and continue without being charged again until your next cycle.

Admins have full access including billing and account management. Stagers can manage items, houses, and contacts but can't access billing. Movers get view-only access: they can scan barcodes and view packing lists, but can't edit inventory or see cost information.
Yes. You can export your inventory, houses, and contacts as Excel spreadsheets directly from the app.
No. The built-in scanner uses your phone's camera, so there's no need for dedicated barcode hardware. Print labels on standard label sheets to add barcodes or QR codes to your items.
